Our pure fruit juices do not include any additives (sugar, water, food dyes, flavours, etc). There is an extraordinary technology of packaging available for our competitive natural products: the "BAG-IN-BOX" system. Beyond the special way of packaging the preservation of the beverage is also guaranteed by pasteurization. The principle of the increasingly popular "BAG-IN-BOX" technology is already reflected in its name: the fruit juice itself is contained in a well sealed bag which is placed in a carton box to simplify storage. The liquid is obtained through a small tap, which closes airtight. Therefore it is not necessary to preserve the beverage in the bag with chemicals, but the juice is still consumable for three weeks after opening. In sealed condition the product can even be stored for a whole year without loss of quality.
 
The production-of apple juice is already a well-functioning process. The established technology consists of the following lines:
 
  • The fruits picked from the trees arrive in the washing tank and after that the dirt is removed by high-pressure nozzles on a conveyor belt.
  •  
  • The selection of the fruits is done manually.
  •  
  • The selected fruits reach the mill via a conveyor belt.
  •  
  • From the fruit mass the juice is squeezed out by a mechanic belt press.
  •  
  • The fruit juice is filled in stainless steel tanks where it is left to settle down for some hours.
  •  
  • The pressed fruit juice is directed to the pasteurizer where the heat treatment on 85°C takes place.
  •  
  • The heat-treated natural juice is filled in a foil bag that is placed in a paper box afterwards.
  •  
  • The pressed-out fruit mass is not wasted either; it is used to feed wild animals.
